How much does Edit WM cost?
Edit WM is a subscription based service and costs £400.00 plus VAT per annum - that's it, nothing else to pay! - we even include the website design and styling within this figure.
How do we pay for the service?
You can pay your yearly subscription by Cheque or Bank Transfer, details for payment are included within your yearly subscription Invoice.
When is our subscription due?
Your Edit WM subscription starts from the date that you sign-up. We generate an Invoice which is due on receipt. Each year on this date we will send you an Invoice for the coming years subscription.
What happens if we do not pay our subscription?
We are sure that you will keep your subscription up-to-date, however if payment is not received within 14 days of our Invoice date we may suspend the service until payment is received. Once payment is received we will activate your website and service will continue.
Can we pay monthly?
Edit WM can only be paid for on a yearly subscription basis, we do not offer other payment options.
Are there any limits on the number of pages or usage of the system?
We do not place physical limits with the Edit WM service and have many websites with thousands of pages. However if your website becomes too large to be hosted in a shared server environment we may ask you to change your hosting to a dedicated server environment which will incur additional yearly costs.
Can we use the system to send mailings via e-mail?
Edit WM comes with a built-in e-mail newsletter system. You are free to send formated e-mails to your subscribers as long as you adhere to our e-mail terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these fully and understand your responsibilities.
Can we run an adult content website?
We do not allow adult content or similar controversal websites to be run on the Edit WM system. If we find that you are in breach of this your website will be immediately removed from our systems.
Can we use a domain name we already have?
Yes - if you already have a domain name you can use it for your Edit WM website. We can take care of this on your behalf without charge.
Do you offer domain name registration?
Yes - we can registar domain names on your behalf - please

How long does it take for our domain to become live?
In most cases a .co.uk domain can take upto 24 hours to transfer - a .com may take upto 72 hours. If you already have a domain and wish to point it to our servers your existing website and e-mail services will not be distrupted.
Are we able to keep existing e-mail accounts?
Yes - you do not have to move existing e-mail accounts to our servers unless you wish to. E-mail hosting can be separated from your website hosting.
Do you charge for e-mail hosting?
This is all dependent on your requirements. Your Edit WM subscription includes standard e-mail hosting and we do not restrict the number of accounts. If you require specialised e-mail hosting, such as Microsoft® Exchange mailboxes there are additional costs - please

When does our subscription start?
The day that you signup for your Edit WM system we raise a yearly subscription Invoice. Each year we will raise and send you a new Invoice for your yearly subscription.

Your yearly subscription is £400.00 plus VAT - we raise an Invoice for this amount each year, due on your subscription start date.

What is included in our subscription?
Your yearly subscription includes your website and standard e-mail hosting with unlimited support and standard ongoing training. If there are any additional costs we will always supply a cost quotation before proceeding.
What happens if we do not wish to renew our subscription?
We are sure that you will be totally satisfied with your Edit WM system, however if you do not wish to renew your subscription you may cancel it by completeing a cancellation form. Once your subscription is cancelled we will remove all hosting services.
If we cancel can you provide us with our website content?
Unfortunately no because the Edit WM system runs proprietary code that we cannot release. However you or a developer can use a website download application to save the content of your website to a local computer.
Website Design & Stylling
Do we have to pay extra for our website design and styling?
No - when you sign-up for your Edit WM system we include the website design and styling as part of the service.
Do we have to choose a standard template design?
No - each Edit WM system's layout and design is unique and designed to your company's requirements. When you sign-up we discuss your website's visual look and purpose to ensure we always meet your specific needs.
Can the website style be changed?
Yes - a website can start to look tired after a while or maybe your business has changed that you require a new look. Whatever the reason we can change or update your website style for a minimal cost, usually around £250.00 or less. It is all dependent on your needs - please

Can we have different styles for different areas of our website?
Yes - Edit WM utilises what we term as channels. Each channel can have a different style, in fact each page can have different styles if required. Additional website styles can be added for a minimal cost, usually around £250.00 or less. It is all dependent on your needs - please

Can we run a shop in Edit WM?
Yes - you can run a simple e-commerce website on the Edit WM system. The in-built shop module is included at no extra charge. However e-commerce is a specialised area so we alwasy listen to your specific needs and then offer advice and guidance on the best solution - please

Can we run a blog or a forum?
Yes - setting up a blog or a forum is a simple task and is included within your Edit WM subscription.
We want a news article based website, does Edit WM offer this?
Yes - we already have many clients running news related websites with rss feeds and calendar based listings.
Our website will include media galleries and downloads, is this possible?
Yes - you can upload and list all kinds of media such as Microsoft® documents, PDF files, images, sound files and video. These can also be offered for download - it's all included within the system.
We want to be able to capture visitor form submissions, can we?
Yes - Edit WM comes complete with a Form Designer allowing an unlimited number of different forms to be added to your website pages. Not only does the submitted data get sent to s specified e-mail address it is also available as a downloadable file that can be imported into your internal systems.
